About Me
I'm Douglas "Chip" Rome, a former Theatre Arts teacher and director who's had a keen interest in computers and software since the VIC-20
and Commodore 64 in the1980's.
In 2017, I needed to learn how to promote my textbook Real-World Theatre Education, and that led me to Builderall. I've been delighted with how BA has matured and grown...and the wonderful community of supportive entrepreneurs who are always happy to help each other out.
These days I'm working with Builderall in general and the Builderall Builder in particular.
I also do corporate workshops in improv and in storytelling, since I know that information tells...but stories sell!
As well as some directing, I do private executive coaching for those who need to do public speaking...including making webinars or YouTube videos.
About My Time With Builderall
After outgrowing Google sites and frustrated with Wordpress and all its plugins and extra charges, I moved on to Clickfunnels. My progress was slow but those monthly charges just kept coming. And then to add on Mailchimp (later switched to ActiveCampaign) even more money went down the drain...
During a new venture with a couple of friends I happened across Builderall, and was attracted by both the low price and the idea of having all the pieces of the online puzzle under one umbrella.
I started building and never looked back! I started attending the trainings Shelly Turner did, and started making real progress, even as the tools kept getting better more plentiful - but still at the same price! And I liked it all so much that I became a BA affiliate.
When Shelly promoted the Certified Partner Training she was to do, I invested in that, and spent almost 4 months learning all the ins and outs of each arm of the Builderall octopus, and got really comfortable with the whole platform.
I've kept up with all the newest additions, improvements and innovations, and I'm now ready, willing and able to help you on your Builderall journey!
